07 / 12 · Wholehearted fire
Sardius
Bring your energy, desire, and devotion back into alignment.
Mark 12:30 · Psalm 37:4
01
Teaching
Sardius glows with the warmth of a living ember. It calls us to remember that desire is not automatically the enemy of devotion. God made you with appetite, imagination, and the capacity to care deeply. The work is not to extinguish your fire but to let love order it. A wholehearted life is not frantic; it is gathered. It knows what matters and lets that knowledge shape the use of its strength.

Reflection questions
- 01What currently receives your strongest emotional energy?
- 02Which desire in you might need guidance rather than rejection?
- 03Where are you divided between what you say matters and what you actually practice?
- 04What restores your sense of holy enthusiasm?
03
Workbook practice
Gather the fire
Draw a circle and divide it into four parts: body, mind, relationships, and spirit. Write where your energy is actually going this month. Shade the areas that are overfed and leave the areas that need care visible. Choose one rebalancing action for each.
04
Declaration
“My life does not have to be scattered. God can gather my desires into loving purpose, and I have permission to bring my full heart to what matters.”
