Jasper is the doorway into the journey: a stone associated with strength, shelter, and a beauty that does not need to shout. Scripture begins with a God who sees what He has made and calls it good. That includes you. Before you improve anything, achieve anything, or explain yourself to anyone, you are already held inside the careful attention of your Creator.
A foundation is rarely glamorous while it is being laid. It is made in ordinary choices: telling the truth, returning to prayer, caring for your body, and choosing what will keep your heart soft. Beauty here is not performance. It is the quiet integrity of becoming rooted enough to grow.

Workbook practice
Draw your foundation
On a fresh page, draw a simple house or altar. Under it, write three truths you want your life to stand on. Beside each truth, name one small action you can repeat this week. Close by writing one sentence of gratitude for the person God is forming.
